Breads!

Baguette, Demi baguette, pain d'epi, croissant, pain au chocolat - all French bread!

I also made some hot crossed buns as well which is a traditional English bread for Easter! I am selling some items on eBay and the highest bidder will get some hot crossed buns as a free gift!

I will be making hot-crossed buns with raisins as well. TBC......
